9 out of 10 of our apprentices end up in full-time work or going to university once they’ve completed their apprenticeship. Many receive great pay rises during and after their apprenticeship and all take a huge step towards a brighter future and a brilliant, fulfilling career.

How it works

We’ve designed our process so you get to meet a range of employers with exciting opportunities in all sorts of office based jobs, all without ever having to present a CV.

Attend a Career Kickstarter.

With events on every week, you could be face to face with our clients at a Career Kickstarter just a few days after applying. Career Kickstarters are the best way for you to meet and get to know real employers.

Pitch yourself to our clients.

Before you meet an employer, we’ll make sure you know what they are looking for and how to impress them. #EEWAP.

Experience a work trial.

Instead of nerve racking interviews, all our clients will give you the opportunity to experience a day-in-the-life work trials, giving you a really clear understanding of the job you’re going for before you make your decision. We want you to love your job!

Secure your apprenticeship!

Our friendly team will guide you through the whole process and ensuring you make a great decision about the company you go to work for. We’ll also be there with bells on when you secure your job! Huzzah!

What’s the deal?

So you’re going to become an apprentice. Here’s what it really involves.

Work and get paid.

Work full-time for one of our clients, doing a real job, taking real responsibility and using your #EEWAP as the foundation of your career.

Learn on the job.

Alongside your job, we provide you with a range of one to one training and support which helps you to apply digital skills to your work.

Classroom training.

Spend time in the classroom learning practical digital skills and specific technical competences whilst getting to know your fellow apprentices.

Tech apprenticeships to plug the digital skills gap

Tech LDN apprenticeships are the perfect way to inject talented junior developers, technicians and marketers into your organisation. Technical training combined with personalised coaching and support helps apprentices to become valued contributors to your tech teams.

Pathways

Software Development Technician

Tech LDN Software Developers build and test simple, high-quality code across front end, logic and database layers. Apprentices will typically be working as part of a larger team, in which they will have responsibility for some of the straightforward elements of an overall project.

Infrastructure Technician (IT Support)

Tech LDN Infrastructure Technician Apprentices develop the skills needed to provide IT Tech Support and troubleshooting, to serve both internal and external customers. Apprentices gain proficiency and confidence in configuring, maintaining and supporting computer networks and their services and applications, including cloud services, and contributing to the provision of secure and resilient IT business solutions.

Digital Marketer

Tech LDN Digital Marketer Apprentices develop the skills needed to define, design, build and implement digital campaigns across many different online and social media platforms to drive customer acquisition, customer engagement, and customer retention.

Tech LDN Network Engineer Apprentices develop the skills needed to design, install, maintain and support communication networks within an organisation or between organisations.

Future LDN apprenticeship programmes replace traditional sales, administration, finance and general office apprenticeships. They’re infused with digital skills, loaded with personal and professional development and delivered by a team of passionate coaches.

Digital Client Services

The Digital Client Services Apprenticeship from Future LDN is designed with client facing apprentices in mind. Apprentices undertaking this pathway will learn critical skills relating to productivity software as well as receiving a grounding in the effective use of CRM systems and databases.

The Digital Finance Apprenticeship from Future LDN is designed to help apprentices to develop the fundamental skills required to be effective in a finance team.

Digital Project Admin

At the outset of the Apprenticeship, the manager, learner and Learning and Development Specialist will decide on a project for the Apprentice to manage which will increase efficiency in the organisation.

Professional Business Admin

This higher Level apprenticeship is broadly equivalent to the first year of university. It is ideally suited to young people who have completed one of the LDN Apprenticeships Level 3 qualifications, or a Level 3 qualification with another apprenticeship provider, and who are looking to continue their study.
