We are happy to announce that the winner of Future LDN Apprentice of the Month is Charlotte @ X4 Group!
X4 Group is one of London’s biggest recruitment agency, scouting talent with the help of today’s innovative technology. Charlotte continues to impress her team by always completing her daily tasks to a high standard whilst staying energetic and motivated.
LDN Apprenticeships highlights a clear message of what makes an AWESOME Apprentice; they must show energy, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, ability to take feedback and propensity to take action (EEWAP).
Charlotte was nominated by her Learning Development Specialist – Steve, and the feedback was provided by Charlotte’s line-manager and Data Protection & Compliance Coordinator at X4 Group – Niall Tierney.

From the beginning of her apprenticeship Charlotte has shown such positive energy towards her work, her colleagues and LDN Apprenticeships. Whilst energy can dwindle over time, Charlotte has been the opposite, her lovely attitude towards her role keeps growing as she develops her skills and knowledge, a true role model for any new apprentice that joins our company in the future.
Charlotte has shown great interest in X4 Group as a company, she does not shy away from asking questions and has an eagerness to fully understand the processes of HR and the way we operate as an organisation. Because of these attributes, we have asked Charlotte if she would like to continue her employment with X4 Group once her apprenticeship is completed. We are glad to say she has accepted.
Willingness To Learn
Charlotte’s confidence and can-do attitude has allowed her to express her enthusiasm when learning new skills, in recent month’s charlotte has shown an interest in the compliance side of our organisation, as a result we are planning a strategy that will allow Charlotte to take on some compliance duties after her apprenticeship has completed.
Ability To Take Feedback
Charlotte’s openness and good spirit makes her a pleasure to manage, she is always keen to hear feedback and continually strives to better and improve her performance.
Propensity To Take Action
Charlotte is an extremely pro-active individual and I believe she thrives in a fast paced working environment. She is also full of ideas and suggestions that have helped build on and better some of our current processes.
