Meet up to 15 fantastically enthusiastic young people looking to break into the world of work and start their career in roles such as software development, IT support and networks and digital marketing.

The Tech LDN Career Kickstarter is a day packed full of activity, for young people and for our clients. It’s also an awesome opportunity for you to meet our team and find out more about LDN Apprenticeships! Here’s a breakdown of the schedule for the day.

Candidates Arrive
A group of up to 15 pre-screened Tech LDN apprenticeship candidates will arrive for a morning filled with #EEWAP, inspired by our team.

#EEWAP Yourself
with Rhi Christie
Candidates spend the morning with the awesome Rhi Christie, learning everything they need to know about #EEWAP and what makes an awesome apprentice.

Elevator Pitch Prep
with Rhi Christie
After a short break, we reconvene the group and get stuck into the preparation of 30 second elevator pitches which are delivered later in the day.

Networking Lunch
Get to know our applicants at a relaxed lunch, start understanding their motivations and enthusiasm for apprenticeships with the LDN Apprenticeships.

Elevator Pitches

All candidates and employers present a 30 second elevator pitch about their situation / company, why they want to hire / be an apprentice and a fun fact about themselves.

Speed Interviews
with James O’Donnell
A rapid-fire session of 5 minute interviews where our attendees get to know each other a little bit better and have more in depth, personal conversations.

Debriefing Meeting
with James O’Donnell
Employer’s feedback on each candidate and their suitability for roles. Arrange work trials with the Employer Partnerships team with your highlighted applicants.
