Digital Client Services
Level 3 (13 months)

Productivity Software
Digital Client Services Apprentices will be guided through areas of using IT effectively to provide a service to clients. Over the course of the Apprenticeship, learners will cover IT tools, such as MS Excel, & presentation software to collect, analyse and communicate customer data to improve the effectiveness of the business.
Processes, Data and Security
Successful customer relationships require an understanding of business processes. Apprentices will complete an investigation of requirements for an IT system in the workplace. They will be able to evaluate the current system, recognise problems, & produce a requirements specification for the proposed solution.
Customers and Communication
Every business needs to be able to attract, retain and develop customer relationships. This module supports Apprentices to use communication tools including email, CRM systems & databases, to gather & share customer information to manage & develop customer relationships.
Personal and business growth
