LDN Apprenticeships highlights a clear message of what makes an AWESOME Apprentice; they must show energy, enthusiasm, willingness to learn, ability to take feedback and propensity to take action (EEWAP).
Millie was nominated by her Skills Coach – Steve, and the feedback was provided by Raeanna’s line-manager and HR Director at euNetworks – Emma Azemi.

Raeanna has always maintained a great level of energy from day 1. Not only is she engaged and enthusiastic, she has a positive energy also. Raeanna is her own person and that is something I admire greatly is someone so young. She is so professional and for me sets a high benchmark for apprentices.
Raeanna is extremely enthusiastic about everything. When she is given a task she works really hard to complete it and with a smile on her face. She has a brilliant work ethic that is just excellent!
Willingness To Learn
Raeanna shows great willing on a daily basis. It is because of her strength in this area that she has covered so much in her time with us. Right from the start she became an integral part of the HR team because she asked questions, she took notes and she followed up. Raeanna helps support 5 European countries from a HR perspective and always asks questions regarding local legislations, practices and has taken it upon herself to attend webinars
Ability To Take Feedback
Raeanna actively seeks out feedback and is very open to hearing it. She takes feedback and learns from it, which I think is a very mature approach.
Propensity To Take Action
Raeanna has to take action on a daily basis. If she didn’t we would have interviews not being attended, contracts not being drafted, references not being provided, systems not up to date, information missing in payroll and a whole load of unhappy people in between.
Although it was towards the beginning of her apprenticeship, I can not let it go unacknowledged just how much Raeanna excelled in her support of recruitment. So much so that she created a whole other role for an apprentice!
With guidance from our Director, Talent Acquisition, Raeanna was screening candidates within weeks! She was the first point of contact for many who have now gone on to join our business. The task of doing an initial telephone screen with candidates was a daunting one for Raeanna but she worked hard to get herself comfortable, learn the questions, take guidance and just went for it. The impact that has had in saving time for our recruiting managers is tangible.
Further, Raeanna was heavily involved in recruiting for our annual summer intern programme. At the end of the programme the interns stand up and present to the whole company. A number of them directly mentioned Raeanna and the help she had given and impression she had made on them.
I have been involved in running the apprenticeship programme in euNetworks from the very first day and I can honestly say that Raeanna is one of the stand out apprentices for me and her attitude and the way she conducts herself is a really big part of that! I can not imagine the HR team without Raeanna now.
