Stefan was nominated by his Learning Development Specialist – Phil, and the feedback was provided by Stefan’s line-manager and Head of Finance at euNetworks – Catherine Lyons.

Stefan has displayed an incredible energy from day one and that energy has certainly not waned. He has been an inspiration to all in the team with his level of maturity and application to the role.
Since Stefan joined euNetworks he has work hard every day. He has a fantastic work ethic and is a total finisher who sees things through to the end. Stefan takes huge pride in all that he does and really wants to succeed. He has a clear vision for his future and this only enhances his drive to succeed. There have been occasions in recent weeks where I have had to ask Stefan to go home in the evenings when he has stayed late in the office, such is his dedication to keep on top of his work. Stefan is a huge asset to the team and in the short time that he has been here has raised the bar very high for himself and he keeps doing so.
Willingness To Learn
Stefan always has his notebook in hand and thrives on learning new things in the role. He has been thrown in at the deep end during busy periods but is never phased by any of it. He gets his head down and pushes himself forward. He is now solely responsible for two of our business entities and is already forging relationships with business partners and colleagues alike in the most professional manner. Stefan is integral to the team and to the future development of the team.
Ability To Take Feedback
Stefan is very self aware and good humoured and always willing to take feedback be it positive or constructive criticism. This is particularly noticeable during meetings with his manager and during his mentoring sessions and this great attitude only serves to enhance his performance levels.
Propensity To Take Action
Stefan has had to deal with some business critical situations within the team in recent weeks. He has used a clear headed logical approach to get issues resolved and he has the talent and good sense to follow the path that will lead to a resolution. He is enthusiastic in the extreme and bursting with great ideas to change and improve the process. Stefan is doing a great job. His mature and level headed approach has only served to enhance his performance and growth in the role in the past months.
