Introducing the LDN Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship

The marketing landscape is evolving, and so are the apprenticeship standards that shape the marketers of tomorrow. The transition from the Digital Marketer Apprenticeship to the new Multi-Channel Marketer Standard marks a significant shift in approach, and LDN Apprenticeships is proud to be at the forefront of this exciting change. Rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, LDN is well known for our innovative programmes and our new Multi-Channel Marketer apprenticeship is no different.

The previous Digital Marketer Apprenticeship gave apprentices a strong foundation in all things digital marketing. However, at LDN we think that the multi-channel approach of the new standard reflects the modern marketing environment, and acknowledges the necessity for marketers to excel across various platforms, both digital and traditional.

LDN Apprenticeships has developed a suite of entirely new learning content aligned to the Multi-Channel Marketer Standard, leveraging both our expertise in launching innovative apprenticeship programmes and our understanding of the evolving marketing landscape. We are one of the top-rated providers in the country for the current Digital Marketer apprenticeship, and in line with our commitment to providing top-tier education, we are excited to bring our offering for the new Multi-Channel Marketer standard to the market.

LDN Apprenticeships’ forward-thinking approach, combined with awesome learning content, will ensure that the apprentices we train on this new programme gain a comprehensive understanding of a range of marketing channels, preparing them to navigate the complexities of modern marketing.

Modern Marketing Landscape

The Digital Marketer Apprenticeship focused predominantly on digital platforms and strategies and included modules on coding which were often not relevant to apprentices. However, our new Multi-Channel Marketer programme recognises the current marketing landscape, which extends beyond digital platforms to encompass a wider spectrum of channels. This approach acknowledges the significance of integrating online and offline marketing strategies, and the programme that we have designed around the new standard will ensure apprentices gain expertise in an array of mediums, from social media and SEO to traditional advertising and customer experience.

Comprehensive Skill Development

Online marketing obviously remains a critical component of all marketing strategies, and this will of course be a big part of the programme we are building here at LDN. However, the Multi-Channel Marketer Standard gives us an opportunity to expand the range of skills we help apprentices to master. The new standard, and the programme we are building alongside it, will help apprentices to develop a much more diverse skill set. This will include an in-depth understanding of various marketing channels, strategic planning, customer journey mapping, data analysis, and an emphasis on customer-centric approaches. This holistic approach will equip apprentices with a versatile skill set which helps them to adapt to the changing demands of the industry.

Embracing Multi-Channel Marketing

Today’s marketers face the challenge of navigating a multitude of channels. The content in our new multi-channel marketer programme acknowledges the importance of this diversity, encouraging apprentices to gain proficiency across an assortment of platforms, from social media and email marketing to print, TV, and beyond. This not only enriches their understanding but also enables them to develop comprehensive marketing strategies that harness the strengths of each channel.

Adaptability and Innovation

By encompassing a broader spectrum of marketing channels, LDN’s new programme will help apprentices to become more adaptable and innovative. It will encourage apprentices to think more creatively and to solve real-world business problems, as well as challenging them to design integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns. Our approach will nurture marketers who are proficient in planning and delivering multi-faceted campaigns that resonate with the target audience.

We are incredibly excited to launch LDN’s new Multi-Channel Marketer Programme. Our team are hard at work on developing the content, which we know is going to support the marketers of tomorrow in so many organisations. With our significant expertise, dedication to innovation, and Ofsted Outstanding rating, we are sure this new programme will be a huge success for our apprentices and the employers who support them.
