About this apprenticeship
The LDN Salesforce Business Analyst Apprenticeship is designed for companies who are looking to supercharge their digital transformation efforts. LDN Salesforce Business analysts strengthen in-house Salesforce capability at the same time as reducing reliance on outsourced service providers.
This apprenticeship includes a 10-week, Salesforce Accredited training intervention (ADX201). In addition, apprentices gain access to custom-built business analysis content made specifically for LDN and the Salesforce context.
Programme Details
Typical job titles: Salesforce Consultant, Salesforce Developer, Junior Consultant, Business Analyst.
Qualification: Level 4 Business Analyst + Salesforce Certified Administrator credential
Off-the-job Learning: A minimum of 6 hours of contracted hours to be spent on off-the-job learning activities
Duration: 18 months* (Including End Point Assessment)
Content: On-demand learning content through LDN’s Learning Hub and Trailhead. Monthly live sessions with Salesforce Certified Skills Coaches, monthly 1-2-1 coaching sessions for all apprentices. Quarterly masterclasses with industry experts.

Method 1 - Project report with a presentation, questions and answers.
Method 2 - Professional discussion underpinned by portfolio.

The programme is flexible for candidates who have already achieved their Salesforce Administrator Certification. The ADX201 course is removed and the programme is shortened by one month (14 months + 3 months EPA)

Blog: First LDN Salesforce Apprentices Complete Their Apprenticeship!
The very first cohort of LDN Salesforce Apprentices have completed their Salesforce Apprenticeship!
After 18 months of hard work and dedication, we’re incredibly proud of this group of apprentices who have each achieved their apprenticeship and gained several Salesforce certifications.
Having launched over lockdown in 2020, we’re also proud to say that five of the seven LDN Apprentices to complete the apprenticeship are female. This is a trend that has continued, with 48% of current LDN Salesforce Apprentices on the programme being female.
