Our Story
LDN Apprenticeships was founded in 2010 in response to the high levels of youth unemployment in London caused by the 2008 financial crash.
With millions of young people out of work, we saw an opportunity to use apprenticeships as a tool to connect our pool of diverse talent with reputable businesses across London.
Back then, many of our clients and apprenticeships were designed to address the skills shortages in the tech industry across east London (hence the name, LDN Apprenticeships).

Launched brand-new training programmes that open up exciting career opportunities for upskilling and diverse talent.
Innovated our recruitment process that enabled us to successfully match thousands of apprentices (and counting) to employment.
Enhanced our delivery model, resulting in LDN being awarded a grade of outstanding in our latest full Ofsted inspection.
