Salesforce administrators are planners, problem-solvers and the glue that holds any Salesforce implementation together.  They support customisation and configuration, data rigour, user support and training, integration with other systems, compliance, security and continuous improvement.

    (13 months training, 3 month end point assessment)

    Level 3 Digital Support Technician (Application Technician Route) + Salesforce Certified Administrator credential

  • End Point Assessment

    Assessment Method 1 - Project report with a presentation, questions and answers.
    Assessment Method 2 - Professional discussion underpinned by portfolio.

  • To apply you’ll need to:

    • Prove your right to work in the UK
    • Be a UK citizen, or have lived in the UK of EEA continuously for the past 3 years
    • Be able to apply the learning to your role
    • Not have previously studied the course content
    • Not undertake any other government-funded qualification during your apprenticeship

LDN harnesses the Digital Support Technician apprenticeship Standard to deliver this Salesforce programme.  

As an official Salesforce partner, we are able to map key elements of the programme to Trailhead badges – ensuring that learners not only achieve the technology industry Standard, but acquire some of Salesforce’s own accreditations – namely the Salesforce Administrator Certificate.

The programme’s Learning Paths are delivered through a series of Trailmixes:

  • Building better organisations, hardware and software, cloud computing, data fundamentals, databases & cloud storage

  • Productivity software, communication & collaboration, understanding your organisation – including policies, compliance, risks and legal and ethical frameworks

  • Security including backups, data processing and understanding the limitations of the internet

  • A combination of trails that work towards achieve of the formal Salesforce Administrator Certificate

  • Advanced collaboration tools, network maintenance and security, digital operations and change management

  • Salesforce Agile, providing effective training for employees, and introducing Salesforces sustainability initiatives, including Salesforce Net Zero.
