To apply you’ll need to:
• Prove your right to work in the UK
• Be a UK citizen, or have lived in the UK of EEA continuously for the past 3 years
• Be able to apply the learning to your role
• Not have previously studied the course content
• Not undertake any other government-funded qualification during your apprenticeship

LDN’s delivery of this programme is thorough and intensive. Core technical learning is delivered over a 9-month period and includes:

PC architecture, and how to safely install and configure machines

Core skills including communication, data protection, time management and developing your career

Technology maintenance, trouble-shooting and network configuration

Advanced networking, print options and operating systems to support mobile devices

Virtualisation of modern technology systems and the benefits of adoption, principles of cloud design

Google cloud business essentials, Azure fundamentals and AWS cloud

Operating systems, including Microsoft 365 and Google professional workspace administrator

Tools and techniques for trouble-shooting, automation
