  • To apply you’ll need to:

    • Prove your right to work in the UK
    • Be a UK citizen, or have lived in the UK of EEA continuously for the past 3 years
    • Be able to apply the learning to your role
    • Not have previously studied the course content
    • Not undertake any other government-funded qualification during your apprenticeship

Content overview

LDN’s curriculum consists of six core Learning Paths:

  • Basic principles, methods and concepts of marketing

  • Customer segmentation, personas and journey; competitor analysis, and the importance of protecting customer data

  • All aspects of brand, and principles of design, copywriting and asset management for both online and offline

  • How to use and stay ahead of current and emerging technologies, software and systems

  • End to end process, including research, planning, budgets, delivery and evaluation.  It also integrated campaign principles, and the impact of marketing on customer experience

  • Tools, techniques and metrics used to measure and evaluate impact – including UX, data analysis and how to measure ROI

Who is it for?

The Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer programme is perfect for those who want to build a career in marketing.  It can also be used as a professional development programme for existing team members who want to gain a qualification within the marketing profession.

The programme centres around building, executing and evaluating campaigns to a range of audiences, and so can also have relevance for those outside of the private sector too, for example in public services outreach programmes, or for those in the voluntary sector.
