B Corp Impact Report 2024

It’s that time of the year where we release the latest version of our B Corp Impact Report!

LDN was the first dedicated Apprenticeship provider in the UK to become a B Corp in 2022 and we are incredibly proud to be leading the responsible business movement in the further education sector.

Being a B Corp means we have made a formal commitment to our stakeholders, who are central to our ability to achieve our mission.

As part of our ongoing commitment and being accountable we’d like to share our latest B Corp Impact Report with you.

What is a B Corp Impact Report?

To maintain certification, B Corps must recertify every three years to demonstrate that they meet the rigorous standards set by the B Lab. In the intervening years, every B Corp is required to write an impact report which provides an update on their progress and ensures they continue to be accountable and transparent about their impact.

Growing our Impact

There are five impact areas each business is scored upon to gain their overall Impact Score. These are:

  • Governance

  • Workers

  • Community

  • Environment

  • Customers

Throughout this report, we will highlight across all impact areas the improvements already made at LDN and what we are doing to improve them over the next three years.

You can find out more about how each B Corp is assessed across each of the impact areas here.
