LDN Apprenticeships Is A Certified B Corp!
Since 2010, the LDN team has always strived to improve our social and environmental impact and we are proud to be the first apprenticeship provider in the UK to be given B Corp status.
LDN Apprenticeships is an Ofsted Outstanding apprenticeship provider; we have overall achievement rates which are more than 20% higher than the national average, and our business has doubled in size over the last 12 months, meaning more apprentices are benefitting from our support than ever before.
We’ve always been passionate about our mission, and about our business being a force for good. And that is why I am absolutely delighted that LDN Apprenticeships is officially a Certified B Corp!
What Is B Corp?
B Corp Certification is a designation that a business is meeting high standards of verified performance, accountability, and transparency on factors from employee benefits and charitable giving to supply chain practices and input materials. In order to achieve certification, a company must:
Demonstrate high social and environmental performance by achieving a B Impact Assessment score of 80 or above and passing the B Corp risk review.
Make a legal commitment by changing their corporate governance structure to be accountable to all stakeholders, not just shareholders. For LDN, this means we’ve made a legal commitment to serve our learners, our employers and all of our other stakeholders.

The B Corp certification represents a set of values and tangible actions that the team at LDN are incredibly passionate about. From our impact on the environment to the well-being of our staff and apprentices, this accreditation highlights the fantastic work we do across the business to make LDN Apprenticeships the best business it can be.
To achieve our B Corp Certification, LDN Apprenticeships has been through a year-long assessment and verification process conducted by B Lab. The assessment process includes completing the B Impact Assessment, which assesses our business model and processes against 5 impact areas.
By answering over 200 questions in the assessment, LDN has provided and verified evidence that we meet the highest social and environmental business standards in areas including Governance, Workers, Community, Environment and Customers.
