Who is it for?

This programme is built for those who are ready to prove their capability as senior HR leaders, operating at a strategic level.  Although not a requirement for eligibility, it is perfect for those who already hold a Level 5 CIPD qualification. It is also suitable for those with significant experience at operational/manager level and who want to take the next step of development, but through a vocational learning route.

Learners may, for example, be the HR lead for a small or medium-sized organisation; they may also be an HR Business Partner or Senior HR Business Partner within a large organisation, or lead a specific function of a large people team.

The key consideration is that learners on this programme have the support of their employer to showcase strategic influence, management and senior responsibility within the HR function.
