Energy: Ronak has been taken by the team very well. Everyone at 3B is really close and Ronak fits the team really well. We enjoy spending time with him going to drinks after work (before the quarantine).

Enthusiasm: Ronak has been very enthusiastic in the past month. He's constantly asking if anyone needs help and seeking new tasks and challenges to complete. We're very impressed with the amount of initiative he's been showing recently.

Willingness To Learn: Ronak has been showing willingness to learn, he easily takes on tasks that he's never done before and is happy to give it his best shot. He approaches the unknown with the right attitude, does relevant research, finds guides online and adjusts the online guidance to the relevant situations. Ronak is also a quick learner and if he's given a similar task again he'll approach it with more confidence.

Ability To Take Feedback: Ronak is very open to feedback. Over the past month he really improved a lot, we're very happy to see his skills develop.

Propensity To Take Action: Ronak has been successfully using all required tools to complete the tasks assigned to him. Our best practice processes require the use of different softwares. For example, Ronak was responsible for on-site SEO pre and post launch of Squarespace sites. This requires the use of Jira (project management tool), the use of various keywords search volume identifier tools and screaming from (SEO tool) and slack (for communication with the team), search console, google analytics and google tag manager.

Ronak is doing great with using Jira as his dashboard of outstanding, in progress and completed tasks. Whenever he needs some help with any given task he contacts me in slack and asks for advice. Once the website has been launched Ronak used a screaming frog tool to crawl the site and identify any areas that he missed (duplicate h1s, missing meta descriptions etc.).
Ronak also has a great knowledge in google tag manager, he knows how to add various tags and triggers to track various bits of data.

Example of an outstanding piece of work or task they have done that has benefited the team or the business. One of the tasks we gave to Ronak was to create a report using Google Data Studio. He successfully connected different accounts: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords and social media to form one, unified report. The reports he created were very detailed and useful to the clients. As you know Google Analytics gives you a lot of data, but not all of it is useful to everyone. Different clients benefit from different pieces of information, depending on what their business objectives are. Ronak was able to identify relevant key performance indicators and include them in the report in a most efficient way (pie charts, graphs, tables).

Based on the report created he was then able to analyze it and explain how to read it to a client, highlighting the most important bits of information.
We found this particularly useful for our clients because most of them don’t understand Google Analytics, and they don’t have time to try and get their head round it. Therefore giving them a one page report with everything they need to know about their website performance was a perfect solution and it’s great that Ronak was able to do it so well.

Congratulations Ronak!
